The home owners in Brandon Oaks are finding it hard to move away from the community that they have grown to love over the years. When their family size has grown out of their current home, many have decided to sell their home and move up to a larger new home in the same neighborhood.

Their kids have friends in the here and they love their school and don't want to leave! It makes sense to take the gain from the sale of their home and use it as a downpayment on a new home -sometimes ending up with a larger home for what they are paying per month now. (read more)

The model home is in the final stages of construction and will be decorated this month. DR Horton has selected the Berkeley plan to demonstrate their homes in the Forest View section of Brandon Oaks. It has been exciting to see the interest from the current residents living in the community. They are happy that the final section of developed homesites are being built and that construction will finally be completed.

DR Horton will send invitations to all of the residents and plan a grand opening to show off their new model center. (read more)
