Several roads in Brandon Oaks are scheduled to get full depth replacement (typically 4"-6") of asphalt.  It's going to be messy, noisy, and impact parking on streets.  This will start on March 11th (Monday).  Below is a map highlighting the roads in Brandon Oaks that will be impacted.

The project representative will also be placing roadway signs 24 hours in advance of resurfacing the streets. Once the signs are placed, there should be NO ON-STREET PARKING the following day.

This is a town-led project. The Association, Board and Management company will not have any further information than what is shared by the town at the following link.
