Architectural Review Committee Requests

All requests are first received by Cusick Community Management, logged in, and submitted via the community portal to your Association's Architectural Review Committee (ARC) for their review. Please be sure to check your community guidelines. Some communities have ARC fees, if your community has this fee it will be automatically applied to your account. 

Please be advised that installation or changes made prior to written approval is a violation of the Declarations of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions and could result in penalties, fines and/or require removal of the modification(s). 

If you need to provide additional details regarding your request for modification(s) or would simply like to check the status of this request, please review your community ARC guidelines.

To Create a New ACC/ARC Request, once logged into your homeowner portal, click the "Add ACC Request" link, enter the required fields, and click "Submit" to submit your request.
