Pool Passes

Included within your dues, residents of Brandon Oaks have access to both of our swimming pools during operating hours. All Brandon Oaks residents are required to show their pool fob (i.e. pool pass) & ID when checking in & is to remain with you in the pool area at all times. In order to utilize the pools your dues must be paid in full.

Replacement or Lost Pool Fobs

Replacements are $30 each. Notify Donnie at 704.684.0105 or stop by Clubhouse to purchase. Lifeguards / On-Duty Attendants are not permitted to open the gate; you will need your fob to enter. (When leaving the pools, you'll push the green button to unlock the gate from the inside.)

Guest Passes

Anyone other than your immediate family members living with you must be issued a guest pass (lifeguards do not have guest passes). Guest Pass Punch cards will be available for purchase at the Clubhouse office during normal managing hours.

Guests will be limited to 4 guests passes per household per visit. Guests will follow all Brandon Oaks pool rules. Guests that live more than 50 miles from Brandon Oaks are exempt from the guest fee. All other rules and restrictions still apply. A resident of the home must always remain with their guests. Guests cannot come to the pool alone or remain if the resident leaves the pool area.

Cost
Guest Passes are $20.00 per card; each card has 10 uses per card (1 punch for each guest). Cash (exact amount) or Check (payable to Brandon Oaks HOA) is accepted. Guest passes do not expire; purchase extra, and save your unused slots for next year. Guest Passes lost, stolen or damaged cannot be replaced. Treat it like cash.

(Access) – What if my dues aren't paid in full?

In order to utilize the pools your dues must be paid in full.

(Fob) – What if I forgot my fob or ID?

Your fob is your entry inside the gate to both the Sports Club and Clubhouse pool. Your ID is used to verify your residency. Lifeguards and On-Duty Attendees are not permitted to open the gates.

(Fob) – How to Replace Broken or Lost Cards/Fobs

If you've recently moved here, and the previous owners did not leave the keycards/fobs behind for you, you'll need to purchase your own. $30ea.

If you have an active fob, it will still work and there is no need for an updated one. If you need replacements, however, they are available for sale.
